Maintenance Leadworker – Maintenance Department
Full-Time
Pay Grade: $20.48 per hour
Effective January 1, 2022 pay range $22.94 to $28.07
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma supplemented by previous relevant work experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Some trade school preferred as well as 5+ years of HVAC service/install experience, or Journeyman Plumber or equivalent work experience or Journeyman Electrician or equivalent work experience.

General Summary:
Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Lead worker will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment. Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and valves. Unplug toilets, sinks, and shower drains. Diagnose and repair electrical issues. Diagnose and repair electronic locks and latches. Carpentry, drywall repair, and painting. Track and maintain repair parts inventory. Maintain strict tool accountability. Work with outside contractors.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 80#
- Ability to work from a lift or ladder up to 20’ height
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Able to pass drug screen
