The office does not carry or distribute forms for preparation of real estate documents. If you need to have a document prepared, we strongly suggest you contact an attorney to help you. If you want to prepare your own document, some office supply companies carry forms for warranty deeds, quit-claim deeds, mortgages, etc. You can also search the internet for websites that will help you prepare your own document. Please be sure to search for Michigan real estate forms, as other states have different format requirements.
The links below will take you to forms that are most often requested, other than deed forms:
- Affidavit for Qualified Agricultural/Forest Property
- Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
- Transfer Tax Refund Form – Michigan Treasury
State of Michigan Resources
- Michigan Association of Registers of Deeds
- Land Patents
- Farmland Preservation Information
- Centennial Farm Program
