Wellness Programs offer seniors healthy aging options. It’s never too late to start a new fitness routine – to help prevent injuries, to remain fit, and to improve overall well-being.
The Ionia County Commission on Aging offers a variety of programs throughout the year at our Ionia Senior Center and at other locations throughout the county. Designed for those aged 60 and older, classes are both fun and engaging.
Our EnhanceFitness and Tai Chi programs in Ionia are also hosted on ZOOM – join from anywhere in the county from the comfort of your home! Need some help? Rachel can walk you through how to set up ZOOM on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
