Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 10:30am-11:30am
Designed specifically for people with arthritis, this class uses gentle exercise to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion.
Exercises can be performed seated, standing, or a combination of both. Focus is on muscle strength, balance, increased activity.
