Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS from 10:30am-11:30am
Designed specifically for people with arthritis, this class uses gentle exercise to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion.
Exercises can be performed seated, standing, or a combination of both. Focus is on muscle strength, balance, increased activity.
Held at Ionia County Commission on Aging Senior Center: 115 Hudson Street, Ionia, MI 48846.
