We Are a MiFile Court
Starting June 12, 2025 Ionia County Probate Court will be a MiFile Court. All attorneys submitting filings for MiFILE-eligible case types (probate cases only – Case types CY, CA, GM, GA, LG, GL, DA, DE, ML, DH, PE, TV, TT, TR, CZ, BR, PO, DD, MI) with Ionia County Probate Court will be required to e-file pursuant to Michigan Court Rule 1.109(G)(3)(f).

Jury Duty
Jurors serve for a three month term. For an up-to-date jury trial schedule call the court Monday through Friday after 5:00 p.m. or anytime on weekends, (616) 527-5326. You may also request to receive notice via email by emailing kbota@ioniacounty.org. Also, to confirm a jury trial is still scheduled call the court the night before after 5:00 p.m.
